Arriving to the Green Island

At three in the morning we left to Trujillo, where we took the ferry that leaves to Guanaja every Monday, Friday and Sunday at 2 p.m. and it returns at 7a.m. We felt very happy arriving to Guanaja, because we were expected by the town hall to welcome us, and get to know us because with them we were planned to tour the Island.

Dereck our guide took us to Vista Caribe, a very lovely house and we felt like at home. Dereck’s phone number: 9718-5961

At night we went to dinner in Mi Casa Too, which is located a few meters from the house, and from there you get an unmatched view. The first day we happily ate a big dish of breaded shrimps and everything with a special and unique island flavor we can’t describe.
